Terms and Conditions for the Use of Gift Certificates

1. Where can you buy a gift certificate?

Mostelle Gift Certificates can be purchased:

  • directly from the Mostelle clinic, located at Chișinău, Mihai Eminescu St. 26;
  • online, on the official website www.mostelle.md, with the options of:
    • physical delivery (in elegant Mostelle packaging);
    • electronic delivery (via email, personalized PDF).
2. Payment methods

The Gift Certificate can be paid:

  • in the clinic: cash or bank card;
  • online: bank card (Visa / MasterCard) or cash on delivery (Chișinău).
3. How does it work?

The Mostelle Gift Certificate is a means of payment equivalent to a fixed amount in MDL.
 It can be used to purchase any service or product available in:

4. If the service or product value exceeds the certificate value?

If the total order value exceeds the certificate value, the difference may be paid by any available payment method (bank card, cash, or transfer).

5. If the service value is less than the certificate value?

If the value of the products or services is lower than the certificate value, the difference is not refunded in cash or as another certificate.

6. Can you use multiple certificates?

Yes, it is possible to use multiple gift certificates for a single purchase, and their values are combined.

7. Single use

Each gift certificate can be used only once.
 After use, it remains in the possession of Mostelle S.R.L. as proof of payment.

8. Loss or theft

In case of loss or damage of the certificate, Mostelle does not issue a duplicate and does not compensate the lost value.
 Also, Mostelle assumes no responsibility for the certificate being used by another person.

9. Validity period

Each gift certificate has a validity of 6 months (180 days) from the purchase date.
 After expiration, the certificate can no longer be used and its value is not refunded.

10. Authenticity check

Each certificate contains a unique identification code.
 In case of doubts regarding authenticity, Mostelle reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the certificate and to withdraw it.

11. Ownership

The Gift Certificate remains the property of Mostelle S.R.L. until fully used, according to the established rules.
