Free Delivery

You benefit from free delivery under the following conditions:

• For orders of at least 1500 MDL within Chișinău municipality.
• For orders of at least 2500 MDL throughout the Republic of Moldova.

Delivery Costs

For orders that do not meet the above conditions, the delivery costs are:

• 80 MDL – within Chișinău municipality
• 150 MDL – in the rest of the Republic of Moldova

All orders are delivered by fast courier, to the address provided by the customer, in original and sealed packaging.

Express Delivery in Chișinău (1–4 hours)

For orders placed on working days between 10:00–15:00, we offer the express delivery option, within 1–4 hours.

• Express delivery cost: 200 MDL, regardless of order value
• The service is available only within Chișinău municipality

Delivery within the Republic of Moldova

• Delivery time: 1–2 working days for items in stock
• Orders placed on Friday after 15:00, Saturday or Sunday, will be processed starting Monday

Delivery outside the Republic of Moldova

Currently, Mostelle delivers only within the Republic of Moldova.

• Products are delivered in original, sealed packaging and accompanied by a fiscal invoice.
• Please check the integrity of the package upon receipt.

Special Conditions

Delivery time may be affected by external factors such as:

🚧 unfavorable weather conditions,
🚗 road blockages,
📦 high seasonal order volumes.

In such cases:

• A Mostelle representative will contact you to confirm the new delivery time;
• You can choose to accept the new time or cancel the order.
